How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available, which usually takes 1-3 business days.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

For purchases outside of Australia, you may be required to pay duties or taxes to receive your order.

Please make sure you're aware of any potential charges before placing your order. If you fail to collect your parcel due to these fees, or if the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect from the depot, we will refund your original order amount minus $60. This fee covers processing, inbound, and outbound shipping costs.
